- Scanned products and expiry dates
- Custom storage locations
- Date images (OCR, deleted after processing)
- History and statistics
Technical data:
- Device type and operating system
- Anonymous identifier for subscriptions
- Anonymized usage data
3. Purposes of Processing
The data is used to:
- Provide the application's features
- Manage user accounts
- Improve OCR recognition
- Generate consumption statistics
- Send expiry notifications
- Analyze usage in an anonymized manner
4. Legal Basis
The processing of your data is based on the performance of the contract (use of the application), your consent, and our legitimate interest in improving the service.
5. Data Sharing
- RevenueCat: subscription management (anonymous identifier)
- Open Food Facts: product lookup by barcode
- PostHog: anonymized analytics (hosted in the EU)
- Hosting: France/Europe servers (GDPR compliant)
6. Data Retention
- Account: retained until deletion
- Products: retained until deleted by the user
- OCR images: deleted within 24 hours
- Statistics: 2 years after inactivity

We implement appropriate security measures: HTTPS/TLS encryption, hashed passwords, JWT authentication, and restricted data access.
8. Your Rights (GDPR)
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right of access to your data
- Right of rectification
- Right to erasure (right to be forgotten)

- Right to object to processing
You can exercise these rights by email or directly from the application.
9. Analytics and Trackers
We do not use advertising cookies. PostHog analyzes usage in an anonymized manner, with numerical identifiers only.

The application is not intended for persons under the age of 16.
